New Horizon Child Development Center, Inc.  came into existence as a child care facility in July, 1992.  We Maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and impartiality in its daily operations.

All employees must be persons of integrity and observe unquestionable standards of behavior.  Employees, because of their day-to-day relationship with parents and children, are expected to maintain high standards of conduct during working hours. They must become familiar with the center's regulations, policies and apply these standards to their work. The Director shall inform and make all new employees aware of the Center's policies and procedures.

Employees conduct on the job is, in all respects, a reflection on New Horizon.  Courtesy, consideration, and promptness in dealing with children, parents, co-workers, and the public must be shown in executing official responsibilities.
